When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.
If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.
Each group of locks will then receive keys.
The GU Secury Europa R4 is a versatile lever-operated multipoint locking system designed for high-performance door security. This unit features a central lock case providing a latch and deadbolt, supplemented by four roller cams positioned along the faceplate to ensure uniform compression and a secure seal against the elements.
This lock operates using a split spindle system, which is typically used to restrict entry from the outside, requiring a key to operate the latch even when the door is unlocked. To engage the locking points, the lever is lifted upwards, and the system is fully secured by turning the cylinder. Retraction is achieved by a single turn of the key followed by a downward movement of the lever.
Suitable for both replacement and new installations in uPVC and timber doors, the Europa R4 is built for durability and reliability. It is designed for use with standard door furniture and can be extended with top and bottom shootbolts where additional vertical locking points are required for enhanced stability.
The split spindle function provides an extra layer of security by restricting entry from the outside. Even when the door is not fully locked with the key, the outside handle will not retract the latch, meaning a key is required to gain entry from the exterior.
The GU Secury Europa R4 features six security and sealing points:
Yes, this lock is designed as an extendable system. It is fully compatible with additional top and bottom shootbolts, allowing you to add vertical locking points for enhanced stability and security on taller or more vulnerable doors.
To lock the door, pull the lever handle upwards to engage the four roller cams and the deadbolt, then turn the key in the Euro profile cylinder to secure it. To unlock, turn the key and then push the lever handle downwards to retract all locking points and the latch.
