Match the load to the switch.

Load type matters as much as headline wattage. Motors, transformers and other inductive loads need particular care; this is not the dry-contact Relay model.

What you need. Fitting and setup.

A qualified electrician must install it in an appropriate enclosure with the correct mains protection, conductor sizes and load rating. Isolate the circuit before work. Pair with a compatible Ajax hub and test switching and the intended automation safely.

Dry contacts, separate power.

Relay needs its own suitable low-voltage supply. It is different from WallSwitch: do not assume it can directly replace a mains switching device or power the attached equipment.

What you need. Fitting and setup.

Have the installer verify the equipment input, switching limits and low-voltage supply. Fit in a suitable enclosure, wire the contact circuit correctly and pair with the Ajax hub. Test the safe state, pulse or bistable mode and any power-failure behaviour.
