A complete tubular-latch fitting route

The CL610/615 format includes a tubular mortice latch, rather than relying on an existing lockcase. It is the practical comparison to make against CL600 furniture-only and CL620/625 mortice-lock sets. Passage operation belongs to the corresponding 615 version; it should not be assumed across every CL610 configuration.

Fitting and setup

  • Measure the door thickness, backset and existing fixing positions against the exact model drawing.
  • Set the new code and test the outside control, inside operation and latch engagement with the door open before closing it.
