When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

Passage mode for periods of unrestricted entry

1031 adds passage operation to the knob-operated 1000 format. This lets the access requirement change when the room is in use, without issuing a code to every visitor. Compare 1041 when key bypass is also needed, or 1011 when passage is unnecessary.

Fitting and setup

  • Measure the door thickness, backset and existing fixing positions against the exact model drawing.
  • Set the new code and test the outside control, inside operation and latch engagement with the door open before closing it.
