The SQUIRE Stronghold® SS100CS is the world's strongest production padlock. In a huge 100mm body, this closed shackle padlock holds a steel lock with 2 x 6 pin S cylinder and is practically indestructible. It's the first padlock ever to achieve LPCB Level SR4 (Loss Prevention Certification Board) - their highest standard.

These massive super heavyweight padlocks are the newest addition to the SQUIRE Stronghold® range.

The shackle completely removes from the body to make attaching through the hasp and staple or chain easier.

SQUIRE have produced two complimentary products to give the highest security levels available. The STH100 and the TC22 chain. They are currtently special order items, please get in touch with us if you are interested in these too.

The SS100CS is the first padlock to achieve the LPCB Level SR4 accreditation, the highest security rating available. It features a 100mm wide solid hardened steel body and a 20mm thick boron alloy steel shackle that has been independently pull-tested to 24 tonnes, making it virtually indestructible.

This padlock uses a dual-key operation system with two independent 6-pin brass cylinders. This design is intended for high-security supervised use, where two different key holders must be present to unlock it, providing over 625 million possible key combinations.

Yes. While it is a closed shackle design for maximum protection, the shackle is completely removable from the lock body. This makes it significantly easier to thread the heavy-duty 20mm shackle through hasps, staples, or large chains like the TC22 before locking it back into place.

The SS100CS is designed for extreme durability with several weather-resistant features:

  • An electrophoretic anti-corrosion finish on the steel body.
  • An anti-corrosion storm-proof cover.
