MotionProtect Curtain creates a narrow indoor detection zone along a window, doorway or passage. It is an alternative to a wide-angle room detector when the boundary matters more than general movement.

A compatible system and correctly planned installation are required; see fitting guidance below.

When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

Each group of locks will then receive keys.

Protect a narrow approach. Leave the rest of the room free.

Protect a line. Not the whole room.

A narrow curtain zone can protect an entrance, glazing or a display while leaving movement elsewhere in the room outside the strip. This is an indoor detector; an exposed facade or boundary needs a suitable outdoor model.

Two PIR sensors and the configured processing mode assess movement across that zone. Detection distance depends on installation and settings; align and walk-test the complete protected line.

A compatible hub is required; Hub 2 Plus is our main residential choice. A keypad adds local control and a siren adds an audible warning. These are separate system components, not alternative detectors.

No. This is an Ajax alarm-system detector and needs a compatible hub. Sirens and any monitoring service are separate parts of the installation.

No signal cable is required for the wireless Jeweller connection. Battery and any optional external-device wiring must follow the exact model manual. Test radio coverage before permanent fixing.
