MotionProtect Plus U combines PIR detection with a microwave sensor. The extra check is useful where air movement and changing thermal conditions make a simple PIR less suitable.

When ordering multiple Keyed Alike locks, only 1 set of keys are provided as all additional locks are made to work from that key.

If ordering 4 or more keyed alike locks you can have them set up as different groups. If Required: Let us know the details in the "Specific Key Requirements" field above.

PIR detection. Microwave confirmation.

MotionProtect Plus U uses a K-band microwave sensor to check movement detected by its PIR sensor. That additional assessment is the distinction from the PIR-only MotionProtect U.

The Fresnel lens shapes the infrared detection zone. Correct placement and sensitivity still matter. This model has no camera; MotionCam is the alternative for alarm photographs.

No. This is an Ajax alarm-system detector and needs a compatible hub. Sirens and any monitoring service are separate parts of the installation.

No signal cable is required for the wireless Jeweller connection. Battery and any optional external-device wiring must follow the exact model manual. Test radio coverage before permanent fixing.
